Joe Brusuelas, chief economist at consulting firm RSM US LLP, breaks down the "good and bad" of negative interest rates and what it means for individual investors.  He highlights the huge risks - including banks storing cash and a possible collapse in money market mutual funds - if the Federal Reserve follows Europe and Japan's negative interest rate policy.
