Cocktail du Jour: Sloe Gin Fizz

- 1 oz Sloe Gin
- 1 oz Gin
- 3/4 oz Simple Syrup
- 3/4 oz Lemon Juice
- 1 Egg White
- Add Soda

Separate the egg white from an egg, add to shaker, and add all ingredients except soda. Shake the shit out or scramble the mix. Then add ice and shake again. Fine strain into a Collins glass and allow the Meringue to rise to the top. Then top with soda and enjoy!
