Cocktail du Jour: The Siesta

- 1 1/2 oz Tequila
- 1/2 oz Bitter Liquor (Ex. Campari)
- 1/2 oz fresh lime juice
- 1/2 oz fresh grapefruit juice
- 1/2 oz simple syrup

Combine all ingredients into a shaker, with ice, then shake really fucking hard. Strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with a lime quarter.
