Judy Smith is an American crisis manager, lawyer, author and television producer.  She worked as Special Assistant and Deputy Press Secretary to President George H. W. Bush. 

 

Her work in crisis management is the inspiration for ABC television series 'Scandal'.

 

She talks to Krishnan about how best to handle a crisis and her thoughts on Trump's impeachment and the royal family.
