Sophie Walker is an activist, journalist and founding leader of the Women's Equality Party.

 

Her most recent book, 'Fives Rules' for Rebellion: 'Let's Change the World Ourselves' presents a five-step journey to incorporating activism into our lives.

 

She talks to Krishnan about fighting for equality by channelling rage and engaging in good faith with one another.
