Mayor Marty Walsh announces the cancelation of all festivals, parades, concerts, and other large-scale events where people might gather in the city over the summer. Instead, he's urging event coordinators to adapt and continue to support their communities during the pandemic, like the Boston Pops Orchestra which will play a virtual July 4th concert.
