We’re less than two weeks away from the election here in the United States, and it’s hard not to be aware of the intensity and importance of it.  For a number of reasons, I’ve been feeling scared - anxious to see how it all plays out and nervous about the outcome.  On this episode, I talk about my personal feelings about the election and also about some of the challenges we face in our relationships with people who may be voting for a different candidate than we are.  I offer some ideas for how we can navigate these challenges before and after the election.  I also talk about how we can take positive actions before the election, and then focus on healing and coming together after it’s over.
