I’ve recently been reminded of both the difficulty and importance of both of these…and have been working on embracing them more deliberately. On this episode, I talk about why trust and surrender can be so hard, especially these days. I also discuss how essential they are for our own wellbeing, as well as the health and success of our relationships, families, and teams.
