This week, I’m joined by Bee. Bee is a student living in Melbourne, and she experiences Dissociative Disorder. She will often feel so out of touch with her surroundings that it is difficult to speak or concentrate, and sometimes will have trouble feeling connected with her body. She will speak to us today about how these issues have affected her life, what triggers them, and how she has integrated them into her identity. She will also share what has most helped her to cope when her symptoms become overwhelming, as well as some advice for anyone dealing with these same things.
