In this episode, Coach Rob, Rick and Austin discuss some defensive tips, tricks and techniques for team defending.  Coach Rob talks about why defending the "guts of the ice" is so important, when to use one hand versus two hands on your stick and why its a good idea to steer offensive players to their backhands.  They also introduce "stick mirroring" and effective ways to "cover the point" while defending "the house."
