And people could say it wasn’t about her being a woman it was about her being Hillary. But, for a lot of people, it was actually about her being a woman and that is what we are learning here right now.

Warren and Debra Haaland (D-NM) introduced the Universal Child Care and Early Learning Act 2019; Kamala Harris promised to make high quality child care more affordable through the Child Care for Working Families Act, both done back in 2019. Sanders introduced his early childhood plan on February 24th, 2020.
