I'm excited to announce I started a new series interviewing my mentors. These are the people I go to when I need guidance and I thought it could be fun to bring them on here to talk about some of the things I chat about in my sessions. Today's episode is with my friend, intuitive counselor, Peri Zarrella. We talk about essence energy (don’t worry, we explain it), listening to your intuition, and what aligned decisions feel like. I also ask her a ton of questions about trusting yourself. Peri has an epic way of holding space and giving language to things that can be hard define!
