He's been a Hollywood mainstay since his breakout role as Sodapop Curtis in Francis Ford Coppola's big-screen adaptation of S. E. Hinton's “The Outsiders.Known for his role on “Parks and Recreation” and a long list of films that include “St. Elmo’s Fire,” “Behind the Candlelabra,” “Wayne’s World” and “How to be a Latin Lover,” Lowe starred along with fellow Daytonians Martin Sheen and Allison Janney on NBC’s “The West Wing.”
