In today's episode I sit down with Savannah Martin is the current Marketing and Communications Coordinator at the Dispute Resolution Center of Montgomery County, Inc.. As a native of Montgomery County, Savannah was homeschooled and attended Lone Star College Montgomery for Dual Credit classes before graduating high school, continuing for a year at Lone Star, and then transferred to Texas A&M University as a Junior, graduating in 2019 with a Bachelors in Communication. After interning at the DRC-MC in 2018 through the ExxonMobil Community Summer Jobs Program, she was hired on to the DRC in August of 2019 after graduating in May.


Savannah shares about the importance of being involved in community service projects, holding leadership positions, and working with adults to help prepare you most for your future career. We talk about everything from her love of potatoes to being grateful for where you are now and enjoying the time that you have.
