Advent 2022 Day 09 changes things up a bit. We've been deep into dipa, pastry sours and imperial stouts. We're getting a little lighter with Crooked Stave New Zealand Style Pilsner. This is a classic German-style pilsner brewed and dry-hopped with hops from New Zealand. I wish we could tell which hops but if we did we would have to kill you. It's way too close to Christmas to end up on Santa's naughty list at this point.
