New Year, Mini Episode: Separating the Personal from the Political - a podcast by Caitlin Kelley

In today's mini episode, I take a step back and do a little solo episode reflecting on the podcast, my health, and the new year. I discuss how my long haulers corona symptoms have been more of an uphill battle than I sometimes want to admit to others or even myself. I also take a moment to examine personally feeling overwhelmed in the past week or so and struggling with my trust in the universe. After talking with an upcoming guest, I realized one of the strong roots of it: this pandemic has forced us to conflate the personal with the political. So how can we make sure that the two are remaining separate and keep our mental health prioritized in these unprecedented times? I also talk a little about the Armie Hammer texts because... damn.
