Bob has enjoyed the night sky and astronomy since childhood and loves to share his passion through public observing, speaking and writing. He is the photo editor at the Duluth News Tribune, and when the sun goes down you'll often find him photographing the northern lights or fireflies. He writes a frequently updated astronomy blog called Astro Bob and teaches community education astronomy at his local planetarium.
