Trying to have an open conversation and being scared of actually sharing it. Challenges that might occur when you think you are not allowed to speak anymore. Only if we make mistakes can we learn to do it better the next time around. It is important that we want to create a society that lifts each other up and supports each other to learn. If fear shuts us up, because something might be put out of context or we might lose our job for it, we won’t be able to progress and learn.
With the approach of trying to overcome fear by sharing/acting, we decided to keep this part in.
