Dr. Matt from Lifespring Chiropractic joins us to drop some value bombs and get your health and wellness routine back on track. He started his chiropractic practice just a couple of years ago and has made quite the impact in the Austin community. His goal is to educate his patients and the general public on chiropractic and how it goes beyond the "cracks" that most of us associate it with. After fighting an autoimmune disease during his first job stint out of chiropractic school, Matt realized the importance of developing a well rounded health & wellness routine and being consistent with it. Matt shares some simple steps to upping your wellness game and taking control of your health!
