We have come to the final episode of this season! Over the course of the episodes in this season we have shared tips and action steps you can take however today we wanted to dive into seeking deeper healing work to recover from your loss.

We share our own personal stories on recovery and where people can begin to seek for help after bereavement.

Recovery is being able to enjoy fond memories without having them turn painful.
