Do you think dolls are creepy? How about talking dolls? How about 130 year old talking dolls? Then this episode may not be for you!

Ana explores one of Thomas Edison's lesser known creations: the Phonograph Doll. Talking toys are nothing new to those of us in the 21st century, but the phonograph doll was one of the first attempts at making a talking children's toy. Needless to say, it's creepy. it's heavy, and it's expensive, so it's no wonder that this was a flopped invention. If this hasn't scared you away, give us a listen if you want to be even more creeped out! And while you're at it, please rate, review, and subscribe on iTunes or wherever you listen to podcasts.
