Cameron Schwab - A Life Of Leadership - a podcast by Cody Royle

At age 24, Cameron Schwab was named CEO of one of the Australian Football League's cornerstone teams, the Richmond Football Club.

For most of the next 25 years, Cameron was CEO of Richmond, Melbourne, and Fremantle while those clubs were in times of extreme hardship both on and off the field. He garnered a reputation for turning around ailing clubs, and for taking on the most difficult culture change projects. 

Returning to school to study Fine Art, Cameron now operates a leadership consultancy called DesignCEO, which melds his understanding of art with his lessons from a life of high-performance leadership.
