Chip Wilson is an entrepreneur and business leader, best known as the founder of the yoga-inspired company Lululemon Athletica. Chip is a visionary in the technical elements of active apparel and fashion. In 1979, he founded his first retail apparel company, Westbeach Snowboard, which sold apparel targeted at the emerging surf, skate, and snowboard markets. He went on to sell Westbeach in 1997 and founded Lululemon Athletica in 1998. He is the author of Little Black Stretchy Pants: The Unauthorized Story of Lululemon.

For 21 years, Howard Behar led Starbucks’ domestic business as president of North America, and he became the founding president of Starbucks International. During his tenure, Howard  participated in the growth of the company from only 28 stores to over 15,000 stores, spanning five continents. He served on the Starbucks board of directors for twelve years before retiring. He is the author of two books: It’s Not About The Coffee, and The Magic Cup.
