Daniel Jackson played 156 games over 11 seasons with the Richmond Tigers in the Australian Football League. In 2013, Daniel won the coveted Jack Dyer Medal, the team’s MVP award, becoming the oldest player to achieve that feat. Daniel now runs Foundation Performance, a London-based consulting company that educates people from any industry on how to attain and maintain elite level performance.

Neill Potts previously worked at Scottish Rugby, where he built and led a performance department that has played a major role in the nation’s return to international prominence in recent seasons. All in all, he led performance support in 120 Scotland senior men’s international fixtures, taking in nine Six Nations tournaments and appearances at the 2011 and 2015 Rugby World Cups. In his most recent role, Neill consulted with the German Rugby team in their efforts to reach the World Cup for the first time.
