Paddy Steinfort is the Director of Performance & Leadership Development at Philadelphia 76ers in the NBA. After spending 7 years as a professional AFL player, and then working in player development, he moved to the US to study psychology at University of Pennsylvania. That opportunity has led him to work in mental performance roles with the Philadelphia Eagles, the Toronto Blue Jays, and Boston Red Sox.
