John Lamont - One-on-One With My Under-18 Coach - a podcast by Cody Royle

John Lamont is my former Oakleigh Chargers U18 coach from the elite junior talent pathway in the Australian Football League. 

2020 marks 18 years since I graduated from that program, so I was keen to re-connect with JL to reminisce, and pass on what lessons I took from him and have applied to my own coaching practice. 

After coaching me at Oakleigh, JL moved on to the Eastern Ranges U18, before advancing to a development coaching role at North Melbourne, and then returning to his alma mater, Werribee, for a five year stint as head coach.
