Tony Granato is the head coach of the Wisconsin Badgers’ men’s hockey program. He played fourteen seasons in the NHL with the New York Rangers, Los Angeles Kings, and San Jose Sharks, where he was best known as a prolific scorer and key member of the Kings team that made a run to the 1993 Stanley Cup Finals.


Tony served as head coach of the United States men's national ice hockey team at the 2018 Winter Olympics, and assistant coach at the 2014 Winter Olympics. Previously, he also served as head coach of the NHL's Colorado Avalanche, as well as with the Detroit Red Wings and Pittsburgh Penguins as an assistant coach.
