Episode 67 - Noelle Seybert (@NoelleSeybert) - a podcast by Christopher Barrows

Noelle Seybert (@NoelleSeybert) is Social Media Manager at Pepperdine University (@Pepperdine). She has been working in higher education for more than four years and has been in the marketing industry since 2009. Seybert is also in the process of completing her Doctorate in Business Administration (with an estimated completion in 2018).

I crossed paths with Seybert at Kurogo's Mobile Conference (hosted at CSUN). She was (as far as I know) the only other person there who's full-time work consisted of both mobile and social media. She caught my attention as she actively shared her feedback and notes on the #Kurogo2016 hashtag that conference was using.

And thus, the Kurogo Mobile Conference 2016 edition of Why I Social was born!

This Week on Why I Social, Noelle and I discuss:

  • Whether or not we can define a generation over a 20+ year gap
  • The influence her father has had on her life
  • How she began working with both social media and mobile
