He was recently guided to leave Dibble LEADERS as a lever for bettering our world through a new model for leadership in the workplace. The Four New Agreements For Leaders & Managers Training has the aim of creating a real movement toward a more skilled and enlightened leader model needed to solve the seemingly intractable problems in the workplace and the world.
