On Sunday night I was gifted a Dream.

The kind of dream that disturbs the consciousness and causes you to lie awake for hours after - listening, looking, pondering and backtracking… the kind that makes you want to go scoop up your loved ones and kiss them and hold them and ground yourself in what is Real.

Dreams have always been a powerful teacher for me. Both the sleeping and waking kind.

It took me days to unlock the Medicine from this particular message from Beyond, but I finally cracked the code.

And it has completely changed Everything.

I have never been more clear, more connected, more Held.
