It was so good to be with you this week after an amazing weekend of ceremony and breakthroughs and downloads.

There was so much alive and moving through my space I had no idea what we would end up discussing, but true to form… the Universe had a plan and it brought all the pieces together in just the right alchemy of illumination.

Essentially we covered how to navigate the energetics of the holidays but from a VERY Untamed perspective. We were everywhere from inhabiting our own space to the healing power of presence to activating our Inner Gurus.

It was powerful cosmic medicine to unwind our mundane holiday routines of overwhelm and stressful relating and transmute them into portals of empowerment.
