We discuss the pros and cons of crying particularly if you're in public.
What's it like trying to stay in touch with your children when you're in prison? And what happens when you're on the outside again? Jane talks to Kelly who is in a documentary about women in prison, and to the governor of the prison, HMP Foston Hall in Derbyshire.
