Today I am sharing quite literally the most beautiful form of magic that I have ever experienced in this lifetime. What is it you may ask? Breathwork!

Breathwork is such an incredibly impactful healing modality to practice because you can use it no matter where you are in your journey - it always reveals exactly what you are ready for.

On this episode I am sharing with you how I use breathwork as a part of my manifestation process and how I teach my clients to use breathwork for manifestation. With a consistent breathwork practice, I was able to attract and manifest my highest producing month ever to date (+the month isn’t over yet) and I am going to spill the details on how in this episode!
