Debbie Waitkus, speaker, author and consultant is the president and founder of Golf for Cause. She is passionate about helping others Turn Golf into Gold®, enriching their lives both personally and professionally.

A true advocate of the sport, she is a founder and managing partner of the National Women's Golf Alliance — evaluating and certifying golf facilities for how well they "Roll Out the Green Carpet™" for women, and past-president of Women in the Golf Industry. Debbie donates a portion of the proceeds of her book Get Your Golf On! Your Guide to Getting in the Game to the Marilynn Smith Scholarship Fund, advancing the opportunity for girls to play golf in college.

A thought leader who speaks regularly at golf industry functions, Debbie appears in numerous media and is a Top 100 Panelist with Golfweek. She is the recipient of the YWCA Sports Leader Award and the Eller School of Management Entrepreneurship. She is also a featured author in Teeing Up for Success, published by the EWGA Foundation in 2014.

Golf for Cause manages golf tournaments, corporate golf outings and business-golf education. Clients include Better Business Bureau Foundation, Microsoft, National Bank of Arizona, Navigate Research, Wells Fargo, among others.
