Marika is a traditional Japanese Reiki educator, plant medicine person, activist, and mother. She believes in the power of spiritual activism centered on anti-racism work, and seeks to dismantle New Age capitalism and spiritual bypassing through radical community care and supporting others in recovering the connection to their ancestral lineages. Marika's practice has evolved since first being trained & certified in 2013, in what she calls "Western Reiki", and she now seeks to share and celebrate her culture with others, while teaching them the true roots of Reiki, and how to develop a truly authentic energetic healing practice.
