First, we hear from Anne Jacobs, the National Welfare Manager at Australia’s music industry charity Support Act. Anne speaks about the ‘Raising Their Voices’ report, which presents the findings of an independent review into sexual harm, sexual harassment and systemic discrimination in the Australian contemporary music industry. After this, Emma Golledge, Director of the University of New South Wales’ Kingsford Legal Centre, unpacks some of the barriers to accountability and transparency faced by people who have experienced sexual harassment in the workplace with a focus on non-disclosure agreements.
