In addition, she was also the Director, Stylist and Buyer at Style Me Over, an online fashion business for over 10 years, having styled thousands of women and collections. She now has revamped her business as a styling and business coach, focused purely on serving Women world wide in person and digitally in her coaching programs and shining light on other fashion brands helping them to elevate and grow into a multi[1]million dollar businesses also sharing her tricks of the trade. Taking its roots as a personal styling and motivational service nearly 13 years ago, Style Me Over grew into an online retail business ten years ago. Three years later, in 2016, Melina opened the bricks and mortar store in Oakleigh, and during the pandemic grew her business 300% via social media, database and also grew her team of 17 women – all of whom were as passionate about style and confidence as she is!
