On out latest podcast we were inspired to share a space around where we can be wounded in our role as mentors and also where we have been wounded by a mentor.

The reflection around our shadow work of this role is important, because this can often be what stops us from sharing our gifts and from stepping into a space with a mentor that feels deeply supportive.
