CEO of Solutions Driven Property Group Mandy Brahnam is a hard-working entrepreneur. She's passionate about creating clean, safe, and appropriate housing for families. She is a community leader sharing innovations to help end homelessness. Aside from all that, Mandy is also an award-winning investor, appearing as a panelist at the Investor Forum – Toronto Ontario – speaking on Joint Ventures and the Joint Venture Agreements. She won REIN Canada’s 2019 JV of the year. Finally, Mandy has also been a Guest on “THE EVERYDAY INVESTOR” SHOW hosted by Rav Toor along with several other local Real Estate Investing Podcasts sharing her expertise in Joint Ventures and Creative Deal Structures.

In this episode, Mandy talks about what inspired her to start a business where she had direct results from the efforts that she put in. She expressed how she realized that she and her husband were ideal employees. They were rarely sick, worked over and above their job titles, and were paid nice wages for doing that. On a final note, Mandy shares her largest hurdle.  She relates it to having a passion and start working hard, but transitioning into the mindset of "this hobby is a business" is a big hurdle.
