We need to set our minds on the things of the spirit and not the world. This can be hard when it comes to watching TV or any kind of entertainment. I have a few suggestions though :) I Iove Purflix for TV shows, movies, and series. I also recommend Minno for kids. When it comes to podcast there are several that I listen to. If I need encouragement or to hear other Christian women talk about life I love listening to The talk it out podcast, Hey Girl, The Happy Hour, Risen motherhood, and vision women. If I am wanting to learn I usually go to Jen Wilkin’s Bible studies you can find a few for free at the village church website search by her name or she has several you can purchase on Lifeway’s website. Jen wilkin also does a podcast with JT English, and Kyle Worley called knowing faith, I also like The she proves faith podcast, Made for this,  and Joyce Meyer. I really like James White and he has a podcast called Alpha and Omega ministries and he also works with Apoliga studios. If you want to find out about deeper topics like learning about manuscripts and how we got the Bible I would recommend his videos on YouTube. Also he does several debates with Muslims Jehovahs witnesses, Mormons, and many others which can be helpful if you want to evangelize to other people with different beliefs. However I do not get really wrapped up in debates because I don’t think you should only focus on those hard topics. It’s not healthy to hear debates all the time.  I have learned there are several different beliefs out there like Calvinism and arminianism. Although I do love several Calvinist Bible teachers and can agree on certain topics I lean more towards Arminianism. With that being said I have studied God‘s word and have spent time praying over these things and that’s what I believe. I encourage you to study for yourself and to not just take what someone says as truth. There are foundational doctrines Christians have (like God’s Word being our authority, The Trinity, Sin, and Salvation by faith alone)but I realize there are certain things we don’t agree on and that’s ok to an extent depending on what it is. Remember we are still brothers and sisters in Christ. We should always be respectful towards others and remember we cannot change people but we can share truth with them and pray they will receive it. I hope this is helpful!
