Their services include training programs, speakers, and tools for businesses to leverage their potential connections. Erica attended the Wharton School as well as MIT and Harvard University. She was named by Thinkers50 as “The Oprah of Management Ideas” and co-authored the bestseller Get Big Things Done: The Power of Connectional Intelligence.
