Today's guest is Kirsten Grohs, Manager of Football Administration for NFL Team Atlanta Falcons. Originally from Canada, Kirsten studied Psychology in Ontario for her undergrad, but went on to apply for Grad school for sports administration at Ohio University. She wasn't accepted her first time applying, so Kirsten spent time working in the CFL before applying for a second time a year later - and this time, getting in! After completing that program, Kirsten went on to work for the Jacksonville Jaguars, the Mamba Academy, and the Falcons. Kirsten shares her experiences as a women in male-dominated industry and tells a story of perseverance and self-belief - she's such an incredible, hard-working gal with inspiration insight into how to start and elevate your career.
