Working On Turning 40 with Alexandra "No I" - a podcast by Kei Rai

Alexandra wrote this bio before sunrise on her 40th birthday, an example of how she acknowledges and honors the fact that evolution is a continuous process: a bio written years or even days ago may no longer capture who she is today. During business hours, her work in social services contributes to the base layers of Maslow’s hierarchy of needs. A degreed philosopher, intuitive energy worker, and creative/writer, she uses her skills and gifts to facilitate self-reflection and self-actualization - the higher levels of Maslow’s paradigm. As she enters into this next chapter of her story, Alexandra is dedicated to continuing her human revolution and caring for herself in the ways she cares for others.
