This is a trait found in ‘Casual Christians’ – those wanting to be numbered among the flock but have no intention of following the Shepherd. Some Christians want the convenience and blessings of His Word but not the perceived ‘inconvenience’ of His Will itself.

The Lords Word and Will for our life cannot come back void, and we, as Christians should take this to heart.

We learn in Proberbs 1:23 that We need to Turn (yield) to the Word first, and He Will Turn for us. However, To access this ‘Turning’ (Will of God), *Purity* is required.
