This is the podcast for women of a CERTAIN AGE. 

A CERTAIN AGE that does not fit our mother’s stereotypes.

Women of a CERTAIN AGE are smart, independent and healthier than ever before and we‘re living richer, longer lives. 

Whether we were activists or recipients of the Women’s Movement, we are the first of a new and exciting generation of women.

We may be thinking of retirement. We may be facing an empty nest, and ready for the work force. We may be taking care of grandkids or parents and figuring out how to handle it. We may be in love or seeking love. But all of us should feel a rebirth of spirit and joy -- we just might be getting ready to make some changes and pursue new dreams.

We want to share this exciting time together. We’re here to offer ideas, support and some laughter along the way.
