We discuss some of these measures and how people are feeling about them. Elsewhere, the restaurant group Tung Lok shamed one of its customers on social media after he ordered and refused to pay for his dish, an Irish duck; the customer allegedly disputed the exact origins of the duck. What the duck? We discuss why this might not have been the best PR approach for the company.
