The annual league meeting in Arizona wrapped up on Wednesday and along with it the biggest question mark coming out of the playoffs in January has potentially been solved. Yahoo Sports' Charles Robinson and Terez Paylor start this week's episode outlining how New Orleans Saints head coach Sean Payton made it his personal mission to update the pass interference rule that prevented his team from reaching the Super Bowl two months ago. They also discuss the inherent difficulties in officiating this new procedure and how coaches and players might use the new rule to their advantage.

Next, Charles and Terez discuss two other rule changes that could be coming to the NFL soon: an update to overtime and a radical tweak to onside kicks (12:45).

Later, Terez outlines how the world of sports betting is crashing into the conservative domain of the NFL and how gambling will play a larger and larger part in sports (17:00).

The Arizona Cardinals made news yet again this week as new head coach Kliff Kingsbury announced that he would be giving his players frequent cellphone breaks. Charles and Terez cover the progressive maneuver and the millennial panic that of course was a byproduct (19:50).

Keeping with the Cards, they also discuss the ongoing speculation that quarterback Josh Rosen will be traded and Oklahoma quarterback Kyler Murray will be drafted first overall to replace him (27:40).

Finally, they wrap up the show addressing a listener question about former Chiefs safety Eric Berry (36:45).
