209 - Adjective IPA's Part 2, Commercial IPA Equivalents, and Getting To Know Simmo - a podcast by CraftBeerBanter

This episode involves all things 'IPA'. Papa Yak, Vike and Dudley will be offering up some home brewed beer. Yak is serving up an 'American IPA' finished off with Kviek yeast, as well as a 'No-Oats-NEIPA'. Vike and Dudley are serving up a ‘Rye IPA’ which, due to a dodgy element on brew day, had to boiled in 3 different pots on a kitchen stove. We provide some tasting notes, critique the recipes, and provide feedback on how to modify the recipe to perfect the beers during 'Segment 1'. You'll find the recipes by following the links below. In 'Segment 2' we compare the homebrewed beers to their commercial equivalents, and we finalise the show in 'Segment 3' by 'Getting to Know ‘Simmo'. We learn which beer was Simmo’s 'First Craft Beer'. We learn which beer is his 'Guilty Pleasure', as well as what his 'Desert Island Beer' is. We reveal last month's answers to 'BrewBusters', and we deliver the clues for another round of said game.
