On this episode we discuss Why women make extraordinary executives and the steps other women have taken to become CEOs. This topic is not solely for those women who are striving to become an actual CEO. The advice that will lead you to an eventual CEO position will technically lead you where ever you want to go within an organization. Also, keep in mind that many women who eventually became CEOs never planned on becoming CEOs. The thing is, as you grow and learn and become - opportunities open up that you never expected. You learn things that make you realize that if YOU don’t take that step to make the organization better, maybe no one will. You realize that what you believe in matters and that if you don’t move up to the next level, and then the next, the person who does may not have the same vision as you do and your ideas will wither on the vine. Even if you are starting in your very first professional position now, this discussion is for you.
