In this episode we talk about the special project I have been working on for the past several years...Writing a book about therapeutic yoga practice using a wall as a prop. This has been a long process, especially because I did not have any experience going into this. I discuss the reason I wanted to write this manual and ALL the mistakes and struggles that I have encountered in this process.

Note: All strange background noises are attributed to my dog Redford wanting to be involved. I live in a Tiny House on Wheels that is 192 s.q. feet which creates some challenges in filming/recording content - but it is my experience that there is no ideal environment and there will always be distractions & these distractions are just another opportunity to work on our FOCUS :)
